Been trying to get the unpublish at function to work in a 7.2.8 install, but nothing I tried is working. I'm not getting any errors, it simply seems to not fire at all.
Anything I could be missing in terms of hidden settings somewhere? Or is this a bug?
The issue may be because you press "save and publish" after inputting a unpublish date..you need to just press "save".. this is what has been working for me..
Pressing "save and publish" will remove the date in the unpublish date which is not what you want.

not sure if it should... but it doesn't from what I learnt..
If I enter an unpublish date and press "save" the page successfully unpublishes at the date and time..
If I press " save and publish" it does not work.

We are having the same problem in Umbraco 7.2.8
What is the conclusion of this problem, is it a bug or a "feature"? Umbraco can't reproceduce the problem....
