How to add img height and width when using the media picker
How can I get the RTE to add img height and width when using the media picker to insert an image such as <img src="/asdasd/asdasd.jpg" height="400" width="200">
This used to work this way in Umbraco 4, but now in Umbraco 7 it's not automatically inserting the image dimensions when inserting through RTE media picker.
