    Followed flexible load balancing guide to the letter - Examine problem

    I followed the guide here - https://our.umbraco.org/documentation/Getting-Started/Setup/Server-Setup/load-balancing/flexible

    I have found that using the MachineName token in the Examine path breaks the examine index, for example if you scale 'up' your App instance the machine names change but the Examine index is not updated.

    If I don't specify 'Machine Name' then it works fine, but will this break if I attempt to 'scale out' ?

    My configuration: V 7.38 1 CMS Web App 1 Front end Web App 1 SQL Azure database
