    Hide "Link to file" when User has no access to the Media section

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 7

    When using the link picker in the Umbraco rich text editor, I would like to hide the "Link to file" button when a user does not have access to the Media section.

    Is this possible?
