Create new page on a related site (Multi Language)

Can anyone tell me or refer to an article that show how, when creating a page on a site, then there will be also created a page on the related sites?
It would be cool if it also could translate the content.
This seven year old video / article by Niels Hartvig, shows exactly what I need, but of course I need it for Umbraco 7.
