I've got a repeating error in my log file, that I don't know how to address.
Could anyone tell me how I can fix this error:-
Umbraco.Web.Scheduling.ScheduledPublishing : Failed (at "https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:443/umbraco").
System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:443

at System.Net.ServicePoint.ConnectSocketInternal(Boolean connectFailure, Socket s4, Socket s6, Socket& socket, IPAddress& address, ConnectSocketState state, IAsyncResult asyncResult, Exception& exception)
--- End of inner exception stack trace ---
at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetRequestStream(IAsyncResult asyncResult, TransportContext& context)

I eventually found the answer to this. It turns out that the server itself could not resolve the domain I was using - something to do with the server not being able to resolve to its external IP address. I got round this by adding an entry in to the servers host file and made sure the domain resolved to the internal IP address instead.
