Deleting content causes "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation"

I recently upgraded from 4.7.1.1 to 4.8.1 (in the process of trying to get to 7) and when I try to delete a node I get:

"Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation"

I tried something found an old thread that said something about installing and uninstalling 301 URL Tracker, which we did previously have installed, but that didn't fix the issue.

Solved - even though I'd uninstalled 301 Url Tracker - it didn't remove one of its .dll files from the bin. Once I removed that, the issue was resolved.
