Ok here is my question and I attached a screenshot. as you can see there are 4 frames what i am trying to do is select something in a frame which populates the next frame but leaves the content of the first frame visible.

that way you can always go back select something else in the first frame and it would update the other frames.

Does that make sense ? I was thinking of doing it with the link picker that gives that pulldown menu targeting parent frame / full window or new tab is it possible to build that out to where it would target a named frame ? eg read in the frames that are on the page or something ? any help would be apreciated
