   <Parameters>
      <add key="rootPath" value="xxxx" />
      <add key="rootUrl" value="xxxx/" /> 
      <add key="cacheControl" value="*|public, max-age=31536000;js|no-cache" />

    why not add cacheControl or maxDays? if i add i see this enter image description here
