In addition to the article I just want to add that you can also use the migration tool in Webmatrix (If you have Webmatrix installed of course). It works pretty nicely too - You go to the "Database" tab and click on the database that appears in the panel and then in the ribbons in the top of the UI there is a "Migrate" button on the right side, which opens the migation dialog.
