A client want's to delete a node in Umbraco 7, but the the delete option is not shown in the right click menu.
When we do this with the same account as the client did, we can delete the node the wat it supposed to.
The structure of the node:
- Website - Projects - sub nodes - node [can delete ] - node [ no delete option ]
The nodes were created with another admin account. The client account is also of the administrator type.
Do we need to manually set the permissions under the user permission item inside the User section or?
What could be the problem?
Could somebody help me out?
So you've checked their permissions in the user section to make sure that they've not been prevented from deleting that node there?
Yes, the permissions are right in my opinion.
Then it sounds like a bug. Can you work around it by creating a new account? It might be worth looking at the user's type (Admin/ Editor/ Writor/ Translator) to see if that is connected.
