I'm not sure it's the right place to publish this post, but since I dont know any other place to do it...

I'm using umbraco for about 4 years and developed over 30 websites with it, but still I have things that I need advanced 'coaching' and support, e.g. :

• Create a proper working environment with Visual Studio
• Umbraco version updates and troubleshooting during it
• Advanced Packages - like model builder packages , etc.
• Advanced developments

basically I think I'm trying to develope myself from an Implementor into developer. I'd love to someone with patience willing to guide share knowledge (not only solve the problems behind the scenes) in return for payment of a fair price. I thought of 1-1 Umbraco coaching via some chat and remote controll.
