    Upgrade Umbraco installed on Windows Azure

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 7

    Hi,

    I have Umbraco installed on Windows Azure as an App Service. How can I upgrade it to the latest Umbraco version?

    In Wordpress, there is a link to upgrade online. Is it the same case with Umbraco?

    Hi, Bilal

    There is a config for showing the latest version update in the Umbraco Back office. You can find the value to set for this in the web.config for the umbracoVersionCheckPeriod: https://our.umbraco.org/Documentation/Reference/Config/WebConfig/

    However, when implementing an update for Azure I really don't know about script tasks for database schemes.

    Has anyone made an update to Azure? I am in the state of upgrading from 7.2.6 to 7.5.3 if possible
