I have tried but i have faced database different different error after upgrade.

Could you give us a step by step on how you tried to upgrade?
i have installed umbraco 7.5.2 then
we have replaced following folder /bin /Umbraco /Umbraco_Client
Merge following files /Global.asax /Config folder
we cannt change database
is working on a reply...
