    Provisional headers are shown Upgrade-Insecure-Requests:1

    When I try to access http://stage.sctflash.com, it doesn't load. The live site (https://sctflash.com) does. When I view the network tab for http://stage.sctflash.com, I see the following:

    Provisional headers are shown Upgrade-Insecure-Requests:1

    Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to isolate the problem?
