    Making a back-up of an old version

    Hi,

    I am using Umbraco - the system is new to me, as i just started. The CMS is connected with another system which sync specific informations from the staged to online.

    I want to make an upgrade from an old version (v6.1.6) to version 7.3.7 (or newer).

    How do I make an back-up version for all the content in the old version?
