I just experienced the strangest error - the login fields are gone from the /umbraco login page:
I tried copying "Umbraco" and "Umbraco_client" folders from the Umbraco.zip package, but it did not help. There are no errors in the console.
Does anyone have any good tips on how to resolve it? I dont want to inspect the DOM and remove display:none each time I want to login :)

Try to see Craig´s comment in this thread, he has experience the same as you.

Hope this helps,

Hi Dennis
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
It helped to delete all content in App_Data/Temp and recycle the app-pool.
Best regards Jesper
