Hi everyone,
I'm running Umbraco 7.5.3 with MSSQL. I keep getting logged out. Sometimes I can work for a couple of minutes, sometimes just seconds. Sometimes I can press the login button repeatedly och get logged in again. Yes, it´s been a long day.
UmbracoTimeOutInMinutes is set to 200. KeepUserLoggedIn is set to true. The App Pool has been restarted. The website has Full Trust.
Here and there I bump into errors related to "...umbraco/backoffice/UmbracoApi...."
Any ideas anyone?
EDIT: I added the domain name (preview domain name) as hostname to the root node. No effect.
EDIT: The hosting company says that server time is correct. No effect.
EDIT: The hostname on the root node has been updated with the real domain name. No effect.

I have no idea what this means but that should give you something to hunt down at least. :)
Repeatedly in my logs... Searching Google got me here. It occurred just after I'd made changes to the ExamineSettings.config file - reversing these fixed it.
Not sure what I'd done, assuming it was a duff attribute name / format.

This seems to be the problem:
Could not validate XSRF token System.Web.Mvc.HttpAntiForgeryException (0x80004005): The anti-forgery token could not be decrypted. If this application is hosted by a Web Farm or cluster, ensure that all machines are running the same version of ASP.NET Web Pages and that the configuration specifies explicit encryption and validation keys. AutoGenerate cannot be used in a cluster.
I have no idea what this means but that should give you something to hunt down at least. :)
Daniel,
is it on the same page that this happens? Because if I search the error it could be caused by adding the anti forgery key twice in the same form.
Like in a page and then calling a partial view where you also add the anti forgery key.
/Michaël
It happens on every page in the backend.
Hi,
Sure you've fixed this by now but I just had the line:
2016-09-20 08:42:41,823 [P21660/D4/T54] WARN Umbraco.Core.Logging.OwinLogger - Event Id: 0, state: Unprotect ticket failed
Repeatedly in my logs... Searching Google got me here. It occurred just after I'd made changes to the ExamineSettings.config file - reversing these fixed it.
Not sure what I'd done, assuming it was a duff attribute name / format.
HTH
Steve
