We will launch a new site in December by following the flexible load balancing setup

This is an on-premise site, so we will use: Option #2 : File Storage with File Replication

But what files do I need to replicate? I do not want a scenario where I deploy on Server1, and Server2 is automatically updated before I can verify the deploy on Server1. I want a more traditionally scenario where I:

1. Drainstop Server1
2. Deploy Server1
3. Verify Server1
4. Start Server1
5. Drainstop Server2
6. Deploy Server2
7. etc...

And one more thing: We will not allow any update of static files (cshtml, css, js etc.) from umbraco-admin, because they will be overwritten by next deploy anyway.

So my question: Is the media folder the only folder that needs to be replicated in a scenario like this?
