    Transforming Website.dll.config

    Hi, we use staged environments and one of the things I have been noticing is that when I publish the site the web.config is correctly getting transformed but the Website.dll.config in the bin folder is still the exact same as the web.config prior to the transform.

    Is there any way to get both the web.config and the Website.dll.config to be identical? or is this a file that shouldn't be deployed in the bin folder?
