Do you have a login to manage your website? If so then simply go to your website domain and put /umbraco after it.
This will get you to the login page of the umbraco backoffice.
After your login you will see at your left a menu. Go to the Settings section and then search for the Templates node.
Normally you will have a master template. If you click on it you will see the html code at your right where you then can add changes to it like adding Google Analytics in the head section.

How do i do that? im pretty new to umbraco and unsure where to put the trankingcode fra analytics.
