Some feedback for the Umbraco team about Signups and the Cloud service
I'm new to Umbraco, so maybe this has already been addressed. If so, please let me know/point me to a link where Umbraco (the company) talks about it.
With that out of the way, here's my feedback -
There are too many URLs to keep track of.
You have
Umbraco.com
Umbraco.tv
our.Umbraco.org
Umbraco.io
Umbraco.com and .tv appear to share an account, but .org doesn't. Umbraco.io is the cloud service.
I signed up for the Cloud service (which is changing from UaaS to Umbraco Cloud?), and it took me a confusing 20 minutes to figure out where I was supposed to go.
I'm sure there are really good reasons why you need different TLDs, so I'm not suggesting you merge them (unless you can, that would be great). I suggest you have an explanation of the different domains that is easy to find on your home page.
Again, I'm new to Umbraco, so maybe all this is well explained somewhere and I just missed it :)
