Hi, How do you set up Notifications?

I can see on a page per page basis that you can set up when a notification is to be sent out such as when a user Sends the page for publishing but I can't see where you set up the Email addresses of the people who you want to receive the email.

Plus I dont really want to set up all the pages individually to do this. Is there a way where you can set them up as and when they are created as the Author wont do this when he creates a page.

Is there also a way to put a request On Hold?
