Thanks for a great Forum and a great site. There is a lot of useful information.
However, I searched for a special thing that I cannot figure out.
I am new in this position and I am managing a website that is build in v4.
We have a shop, where our customers can pay with creditcards.
Now we have a customer who has returned one of the items she has bought and we wanted to credit her that amount by paying her back Through the system. I have been told, that it has been done previously, but I don't know where to do that.
Are there anyone out there who can help me with a path to where I should look?
In the future I would recommend you ask uCommerce related questions on the uCommerce forum at http://eureka.ucommerce.net. You get a much faster reply there. For thing related to uCommerce at least :)
Paying a customer back in ucommerce

Kind regards Gitte
Hi Gitte,
uCommerce can do this automatically when an order is cancelled in the back-end. Please note that it must be enabled by changing a configuration file.
Details on the required configured are located at http://docs.ucommerce.net/ucommerce/v7.1/payment-providers/general-setup-of-payment-methods.html
