Empty list by default when using the Multinode Treepicker

    Hi,

for some time I see that, when you have a property of type Multinode Treepicker, the list is empty by default when you open the multinode treepicker.

Then when you add a value to the search then you get the values.

When will this be fixed or how can we fix this manually?

    /Michaël

    Hi Michaël

That sounds a bit odd - If you have not limited the picker to certain document or media types then it should show all possible selectable nodes - What does your configuration of the picker look like? And what version of Umbraco 7 are you seeing this described behavior on?

    Hi Jan,

I have this issue in following versions:

    7.4.1 7.4.3 7.5.4

It is limited to certain document types. Would that be the reason?

Below you can see the config of the data type:

    enter image description here

And then in the content section when I open the picker its empty:

    enter image description here

But if you start typing in the search, you get the results:

Ok I just have forked the latest version 7.5.5 of umbraco locally, run it and did the same thing.

Here the list is not empty and I se the results.

Is anything changed compare to previous versions?

Ok I have found the cause for this.

My parent container was set to listview. So with listview you get a empty list by default, if you remove the listview then you see the nodes.

    Issue:

Will make a PR for this!
