    My scope and using Umbraco

    Hello everyone,

I am making some searches about CMS/Framework that I can use and feet the best with my scope and Umbraco is one of them.

My scope is: I want to create a multi-instances platform that our clients can access by log in (through the front site) using Auth0. Once logged in, it would be a single “portal like” page which:

    • Retrieve some datas from external APIs (avoiding direct access database for security purpose), and display it on different parts of the page (would be a single page).
    • Provides links to these API with direct connection (using Auth0).
    • Is configurable from the back office for each of our clients (1 code / difference instances).

Do you think that this is achievable with Umbraco 7? And how would you proceed? Knowing that our dev team are .NET only, we are going to be hosted on AWS and have Kento UI pro licence.

    Thank you.

    Hi Théo,

Site suits good for umbraco, your team also.

Solid .net developers usually understand umbraco in one week, so it's not a problem for your team at all.

The main question is what do you want to get from Umbraco?

There are not so much what you need out of the box.

    Thanks,

    Alex
