When using the "Preview" button it fails because when trying to reach url/Umbraco/lib/angular/1.1.5/angular.min.js - I actually get a 404 page not found error.
The file exists (all the angular files are in the folder) and even given "Everyone" full permision at a file level, I continue to get a 404

If I copy angular.min.js to umbraco/lib it gets served!
