    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 7

    umbraco backoffice image thumbnail is not displaying.. Any help would be appreciated. enter image description here

    A few possibilities

    • you uploaded a corrupt image
    • you uploaded a PDF (if this is the case: check out this brand new package, I released yesterday into the wild)
    • you have installed a module interfering with images

    If you open developer tools in your browser, do you get errors? If you look at the image from source (in your browser), does it return a value?

    images are uploaded. i can see images in media folder..problem is that not showing thumbnail in content section..

    This happened to me just a few days ago but only on staging and live environments. It turned out to be an environment issue and the firewall was blocking this URL for media. So the images showed fine on the site but not in backoffice.

    Not sure this helps in your scenario but I just had to speak to the hosting company about it and get them to alter the rules on the web application firewall.
