    Recommended setup for umbraco development?

    Hello everybody,

    I have to set up a local development environment for umbraco. The official requirements list includes Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 and Webmatrix 3 which both appear to be pretty outdated. Can I safely use Windows 10? And would you recommend to use anything other than Webmatrix? Maybe some Visual Studio version?

    Which setup would you recommend?
