Cannot move members in Umbraco TypeError: contentResource.move is not a function

I posted something on stackoverflow: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/42395390/cannot-move-members-in-umbraco-typeerror-contentresource-move-is-not-a-function

I would like to know why you can't move members between member types, why all the properties are locked on the members, and why there is no longer "Property Name," "Member can edit" and "Show on profile" displayed? It seems like the Members section isn't working as it should.

Am I missing something?
