    Umbraco maintenance

    Does somebody know if there is documentation available on how to maintain an umbraco installation? like best practices, what to check etc.

    Hi Peter

    What version of Umbraco are you using? If you are using Umbraco Cloud - you have to do almost nothing. Look at Umbraco Cloud benefits - https://umbraco.com/products/umbraco-cloud/

    You have to add your email to /Config/UmbracoSettings.config notifications section and check log regularly. You can find log files in /App_Data/Logs/ folder or install Diplo Trace Log Viewer and use it for checking the log entries.
