    Upgrade from 7.4.3 to 7.5.10 User Permissions missing

    Hi,

    I have Upgraded from 7.4.3 to 7.5.10 and the User Permissions tree is missing from the CMS. I have updated the Client Dependency and still nothing. I have installed a brand new 7.5.10 locally and I can see a tree.

    Is this a known issue when upgrading or have I missed a vital file?
