    Text link issue using IE11

    Dear all,

    We use Umbraco v.4 and browser Internet Explorer 11 to manage web-site. We've an issue of link\attach media files to text content.

    If the user create a text and attach file to it nothing happens. Link not creates and text stay inactive.

    I suppose it's browser compatibility problem because this function works with Google Chrome and Firefox (latest version) Or main reason can be the old Umbraco platform version. Installed version is 4.11.6. On official web-site i see release of 7.5.11 version.

    Does anybody know the solution?

    Hi Maxim,

    The version you are using is at 4 years old. It's normal that browser that didn't exist that time are not supported.

    The version you are mentioning can't even be downloaded anymore : https://our.umbraco.org/contribute/releases/

    Maybe you can check if the bug also exists in the latest 4.11 version and the last 6 version.

    If not maybe a solution could be to do a upgrade
