    Hi

I can see this has been asked a couple of times, but the questions are fairly old. If I want to start a blog, and use Umbraco as the platform, which package/road should I go?

I am currently testing Articulate, and it is ok, Theres a few thing for the wishlist, but works. But as I see it, the development is either stopped og slow. But when searching the packages on this site, it seams that all blog packages are old.

So what do can you advice me?

Best regards and, thanks in advance Lars Mortensen

    Hi Lars

I would recommend Articulate and if you are developer you will be able to change Articulate as you want.

    Best regards

    Make your own :-)

uDateFoldersy is a useful starting point for handling the node structuring

    https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/udatefoldersy/

If you code everything else yourself, you learn so much more about Umbraco. And much more future proof. These "blog packages" usually come with a lot of bloat that you tend to spend more hours trying to fudge out the way.
