I am having issues when I copy my Umbraco project to a new location and then try to run it. When I run Umbraco I get the error "The view found at '~/Views/Home.cshtml' was not created." I get this error if i try to navigate to any of my websites pages

This only happens on occasion. Sometimes when I copy the project to a new location it will run just fine.

Additional notes :

• This happens both on my local environment and on our test servers
• Sometimes restarting local environment/server will fix the problem
• Replacing the Umbraco.sdf file with an older version from source control will fix the problem
• I cant navigate to any of my web pages but i am always able to log into the back office

I have been dealing with this problem for a while now and have made very little headway. Any help would be much appreciated
