    I can't move media images to sub folders as neither root or sub folders are showing in the media tree

    Hi,

    The details of umbraco are given below: Umbraco version 7.1.6 assembly: 1.0.5350.25714

    As you can see from the image, i want to move an image to a sub folder but the sub folders does not show and neither does the tree. There is no place to click. When I move my mouse over the area, it highlights in grey but it does not allow to select.

    This is happening only with the media. In the content section, it is working fine when we move the pages to different folders.

    Anything wrong with the installation or is this something related to data?

    P.S. This is published website of Umbraco, I don't have access to it's core programming.

    Hi Faraz

    Did you create folders in media section?

    Have you there are few ones?

    Hi Alex,

    Yes, I created the folders in media section.

    This issue was resolved by converting SQLCE to MSSQL.
