I am creating a blog system with different user permissions. For example, some users can create content and send it for approval, but they aren't allowed to publish. Then an admin user can review this content and choose to publish it.
I want the admin user to receive an email when a blog user sends an article for approval but I can't get it to work. SMTP settings are set, the notification email is set in the umbracoSettings.config file and the check box has been checked on the "Send to publish" option on notifications (I even did this on both the blog user and the admin just in case) and nothing is working.
Emails work as I have tested the forgot password email and this worked as expected.
Anyone have any idea? Any help will be appreciated!!
