Hi,

So the issue I'm experiencing is that Postsave is timing out.

However, this is happening only after IIS reset or a long time of CMS inactivity (such as being logged out of CMS overnight). Every publish after this is OK and takes around 4 seconds.

There are no error messages in the logs, the only one I receive is the PostSave Gateway Timeout Error and a mesasage in Umbraco.

Strange thing is that every single publish after the first timeout is super fast.

I have reduced fragmentation on db tables to see if this will help reduce the publishing time but this didnt help.

Anyone experienced this? If so please suggest why this is happening only on first publish? How to track down the bug?
