The second issue is the following:

If I go to the dashboard of content section without select a node, there is every time this error in trace log:

    2017-05-09 10:35:16,397 [P12184/D3/T93] ERROR umbraco.DataLayer.SqlHelper`1[[System.Data.SqlClient.SqlParameter, System.Data, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089]] - Error executing query Select versionId from cmsContentVersion where contentID = 1402 order by id desc
System.InvalidOperationException: Diesem Command ist bereits ein geöffneter DataReader zugeordnet, der zuerst geschlossen werden muss.

       bei umbraco.DataLayer.SqlHelper`1.ExecuteReader(String commandText, IParameter[] parameters)

The exception means in english: This command is already related an open DataReader, which must closed first.

Same question for you Sören - would it be possible to zip up your website and database and send it over WeTransfer to me? [email protected] :)

    Hi Sebastiaan,

we have solved it! The problem was an issue in SeoChecker package from Richard:

    https://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/seo-checker/bugs/85512-there-is-already-an-open-datareader-associated-with-this-command-which-must-be-closed-first

After we have deinstall the package all works great.

The related issue from Nils is also solved.

    Cheers,

    Sören

This can be easily solved by allowing MARS in your connection string. Add MultipleActiveResultSets=true to the provider part of your connection string (where Data Source, Initial Catalog, etc. are specified).

    E.g. <add name="umbracoDbDSN" connectionString="server=SERVER;database=DBName;user id=sa;password=XXXXX;MultipleActiveResultSets=True;" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
