Both, more that I can see in rollback drop-down that the title was changed again(to the old version).

You can see in the audit log which user did this action ? Maybe you can check your logs to see if there is something in there when this happens.

Maybe stupid...but we have this often when working with multiple devs on a shared database.

Dev A has page X open in the backend Dev B has the same page open.

Dev B makes a change and saves it (eg..change the name).

Then Dev A makes a change (eg..changes a property value and not the name)

Then name change by Dev B will be overwritten.

This is not the case.

We don't have more devs that work on the same page, also I have just notice that this is happening only on Azure.

I have checked, and only the title is undone.

Attached you can find some packages. Also, I have LeBlender, Archetype and I think that that's it.

I don't think so because I can see previews version( the correct version).

Anyway the config for unVersion:

I have 7.6. I have checked audit trail and I can see the change. At few minutes/seconds after my title change.
