    Allowing Amp image tag's in a rich text editor

    how would i allow rich text tags to be inserted in a rich text editor i have already changed the valid element in the tinymce config file to<![CDATA[*]]> but i am still unable to stop an <amp-image> from being removed when closing the rich text tag

    Hi Ross

    Maybe it's better to use macro or grid for such situations?

    I'm not sure that RTE can provide you full control on markup.

    yer that is how i have ended up doing it and it was a lost simpler than trying to edit the RTE so i can now do both amp images and amp videos using macros.
