I have noticed that the label property doesnt reallu do anything. I have it in my old umbraco installation (7.3) and now 7.6 on fresh installation.
Is this happening to anyone else?
then it looks like this in the content editor:
Hi Denise
Label - is a non-editable control, can only be used to display a present text. It can also be used in the media section to load in values related to the node, such as width, height and file size.
It works as expected.
Thanks,
Alex
I remember using this as a notes for content editors. it worked perfectly for umbraco 6.
unfortunately in umbraco 7 i cannot edit the readonly text. Where do I do this?
Please, go to Settings -> Document Types -> Document type with label -> find label property and edit the name.
It works in Umbraco 7.
Did you find out how to manage it?
Yes i did. I got it mixed up with the uComponents Notes data type. Thank you!
