    shop.umbraco.com Server Error in application

    Hello guys,

I cannot change my password on Umbraco.com, when I go the Change My Password page it shows me a Yellow Screen of Death, Server Error in Application.

    Is this known?

    Hi Mathias,

Thanks for letting us know this. We have a rollout on the shop yesterday evening with some bug fixing.

I will try to reproduce what you have reported and let you know what I found out.

Once again thanks for letting us know this. Much appreciated.

    Best,

    -Dennis

    Hi Mathias,

I am able to reproduce this, and I have reported it to our team who is working on the shop. I know that they are working as fast as they can to fix this issue.

    Thanks for your patience.

    All the best,

    /Dennis

Cool, I've found something else - maybe it's related?

I recently bought Courier (today). And When I try to sign in to my Umbraco account it tells me I'm either using the wrong credentials or i'm not online.

Well, I am online, and I can sign in using my credentials to Umbraco.com and view my licences, but cannot do so through the backoffice.

    Is this known also?

    Hi Mathias,

We are unfortunately experiencing some issues with the Courier licensing in the Backoffice. The sure fire way to do it is to:

    1. Log in to your umbraco.com account (where you purchased Courier).
    2. Configure the domain under Manage Licenses
    3. Download the license file
    4. Drop it in the bin folder of your site

    Hope this helps

    /Dennis

    Thank you, it worked.

This really should be added to the documentation, since you are having issues with this...

    Hi Mathias,

I can now report that the reset password link is working again.

    Best,
