What are all the scenarios in which the following file is regenerated?
..\MyOrg.MyApp.Web\App_Data\TEMP\PluginCache\umbraco-plugins.{machinename}.list
We are having issues with plugin cache files and cannot find the process that is triggering the bad data to be generated. We are currently running v7.5.9.
