Unable to use planned publishing of pages

INFO  Umbraco.Core.Services.ContentService - Content **** with Id **** is awaiting release and could not be published.

We have this issue for multiply projects/umbraco versions, including:
- 7.6.1
- 7.5.12
- 7.3.4
We have tried to use the troubleshooting section in the docs, but that seemed to be fine on our side. Is there anything else we could check to see if something is wrong? Thanks in advance!
