    Hi

    I am seeing a message for a new update of Umbraco -

    Update available: click to download

    Is this not slightly crazy? - I think I feel foul of this before when I clicked on it and it installed and crashed my website!

    If you want you can easily disable this message.

    Go to the appSettings section of web.config and add:

    <add key="umbracoVersionCheckPeriod" value="0" />
