Hide / Show Media Folders from User Types in Back Office
Multiple Websites in one instance of Umbraco.
Problem: The editors are making a mess of the media section. They need to be able to access media specific to their sites and ALSO be able to access media from a shared location.
Example:
Global
- Videos
- Images
- Documents
DE
- Videos
- Images
- Documents
NL
- Videos
- Images
- Documents
etc.
I saw that a few people have created some code in the events side of things to hide tree nodes for Document Types. Would this be the solution for handling it in Media types? I'm not really sure to accomplish this ( specific to back-office media type [tree] manipulation.)
What solution can I use to only show the media sections pertinent to that editor/writer?
