RTE paste_preprocess
What should be set inside tinyMceConfig.config so that paste_preprocess is working

e.g.
```
<config key="paste_preprocess">function(plugin, args){
        alert("what");
      }
</config>
```

Not really, I don't remember any more how/where/if I have solved this. Maybe that is working now. Sorry ;)
