During Umbraco training we briefly discussed approach to multiple language sites and I couldn't remember whether the preference was either 1) set each one up as a site (setting the domain/language) or 2) using Vorto. My gut is that 1) is neater but it wouldn't allow you to enforce a language policy (e.g. if you created a page in English you had to create one in Welsh) and the language toggle would need manual setting up per page?
