I am new to grid editor and have run into what is probably a simple fix that I just can't seem to get to work for me. I have a 3 column row that I can add an image (header) to, I can add paragraph text below, making something that looks like this:

I need each column (or at least the image header(caption), and to add a chevron icon link I (seen below in mockup), and can't seem to find a way to add a hyperlink to these items in the grid editor. I've watched the tutorials and read the documentation but would love an example of how someone added a hyperlink into the grid editor without just adding it in an RTE.
